Biography
When the body becomes painful or tense, it may need to be listened to differently in order to restore its natural capacity for self-regulation and movement.
I practise fascia therapy, a gentle manual approach that addresses the person as a whole.
I welcome you in particular for: - pain (back, neck, shoulders, joints) - muscle tension or stiffness - stress or fatigue - a feeling of being blocked or overwhelmed
Fascia therapy is based on a slow, precise and attentive touch that helps release tension and restore greater mobility and comfort.
Fascia — the connective tissues that link the entire body — are at the heart of this work. Through them, I guide a process of release and renewed movement using gentle, precise and deep gestures.
Particular attention is given to tonus, that is, the way the body organises and adapts itself. It reflects how each person adjusts to what they are experiencing. Through my specific touch, tonus can be modulated, released and reorganised, allowing for a global readjustment.
In a safe and respectful setting, each person can find a more stable foundation and a renewed sense of well-being.
Qualified in fascia therapy since 2005, I am co-founder of Fascia Formation Suisse, where I served as co-director and where I now contribute as a fascia therapy consultant.
